Reservations & Policies
- Room rates (based on double occupancy):
- Off Season (mid-November to mid-May) and weekdays year round: $150 to $225 per night
- In Season (Mid-May to Mid-November) weekends: $175 - $250 per night
- Minimum stay required (During peak season a 2-night minimum weekend stay is required.)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Smoking guests may do so on the front porch and rear garden.)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (We are not able to accommodate pets.)
- Limitations on children staying (The Croff House is suitable for children 12 and older.)
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (A deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of booking.)
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations: If cancellation is made greater than 14 days prior to arrival guests receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
