Reservations & Policies
- Room rates (based on double occupancy):
- Weekday rates (Sunday thru Thursday except Holidays): $160 to $235 per night
- Weekend rates (Including Holidays): $185 - $260 per night
- 2-night minimum stay required on weekends, 3-night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Smoking guests may do so on the front porch and rear garden.)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- The Croff House is suitable for children 12 and older
- Our guest rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests maximum. We do not have the ability to add additional bedding in any guest room.
- Deposit amount required at time of booking of the greater of one night's stay or 50% of total stay.
- Check in time is between 3-6 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations: If cancellation is made greater than 14 days prior to arrival guests receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
